We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about crafting compelling online campaigns and driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and services. You will play a significant role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. This position requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a solid understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies. You will work closely with other departments to ensure consistency in branding and messaging, while continually optimizing campaigns for performance.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on data analysis.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital channels.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role (1–3 years minimum preferred).

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, and CRM systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and creativity.
